Requaired Documents:

Specification with claims and an abstract in English version (to be translated into the Indonesian language);
Drawings (if any);
Power of Attorney (simply signed). The copy of the POA is accepted for filing application but the original one must be submitted within 01 month from the filing date;
Assignment of invention, simply signed (if the applicant is not the inventor);
Statement (simply signed)
Certified copy of Priority Document and its English translation if the application claims priority rights (If claimed)

For the National Phase entry of a PCT application: apart from the above documents except Certified copy of Priority Document , the following PCT documents are required: PCT publication, International Preliminary Examination Report, Notification of Change, International Search Report

Term for the Indonesian National Phase entry of a PCT application:

Chapter I : 30 months from the priority date;

Chapter II : 31 months from the priority date.
