Admitted to courts since 1999. He was granted a British Chevening Award and gained a master’s degree in commercial law from the University of Sheffield, UK in 2000. Mr. Wiston is a registered Intellectual Property Consultant and a member of the Indonesian Intellectual Property Society (IIPS) since it was first established in 1997. As a Certified Legal Auditor, Mr. Wiston has conducted numerous legal audits for several companies. Mr. Wiston is also a Certified Procurement Contract Legal Expert by National Professions Certification Agency and has experience in structuring and managing numerous procurement contracts, especially in gas infrastructure projects.

Having long experience in litigation, Mr. Wiston has represented numerous cases before the courts and supreme court as well as settlements outside the court. Mr. Wiston’s expertise includes, but is not limited to, Intellectual Property law, legal audit, procurement law, merger and acquisition, private placement, corporate law, private law, criminal law, infrastructure law, family law, and labour law. Mr. Wiston is also a current contributor to domestic and foreign law journals.
